My love for natural, nourishing food and desire to make healthy eating more accessible sparked the creation of Saje In The Green.
I’ve always been drawn to holistic wellness and mindful eating. Through personal experience, from living with celiac disease to navigating vegetarianism and transitioning back to meat. I’ve learned the power of food in shaping our health and well-being. I choose ingredients that align with both my needs and values, and these choices inspire the work I do.
What began as a personal journey evolved into a path of helping others. I studied, experimented, and eventually turned my passion into a business that supports others in eating well, simply and stress-free.
